The Classes

ALL Classes offered in HOT will be stated on schedule

This class is designed for everybody. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice. It's a welcoming entry point for beginners and still offers depth and challenge for experienced yogis.

The Yoga 60 sequence is built around 40 thoughtfully selected postures. Each pose is held for 30–45 seconds per side to promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and mindful focus. The consistent structure also provides a cardiovascular boost, all within a supportive, heated environment.

What to bring: A yoga mat, towel, and water.

YOGA 60

Get ready to sweat and flow. This energizing power Vinyasa class links breath to movement in a dynamic, full-body sequence. Set to an upbeat playlist, our musically driven sessions build heat, strength, and focus—both on and off the mat.

Classes are held in an infrared-heated studio, maintained between 85° and 95°F. All levels are welcome!

HOT YOGA 60

Yoga Flow 60 offers a dynamic, breath-driven practice that builds on the foundation of the Yoga Flow 60 sequence. Rooted in vinyasa yoga, this class links movement and breath in a fluid, challenging flow that enhances strength, flexibility, and focus.

While Yoga Flow 60 is ideal for those with some yoga experience, it remains accessible and adaptable for all levels. It’s a great way to bring variety, creativity, and depth to your regular practice.
